Payments
Renters pay through RentToll in AED. Funds are released to the owner after the rental starts and completes as agreed, which is why RentToll asks renters not to settle privately.
What you pay
The renter price shown on a listing already includes RentToll's 30% marketplace commission. Delivery, if selected, is added on top and shown separately before payment.
Owner payouts
Owners receive the payout amount they set on the listing, after the rental is completed. Payout totals and monthly revenue are visible in the owner dashboard.
Off-platform payments
Bookings paid outside RentToll are not covered by platform records, agreements or dispute handling. Keep payment in-platform so the booking is documented.
