Delivery and pickup
Every listing is either pickup, delivery, a business location or a mobile item. Owners who deliver set their own fee and radius, and that fee is shown before you pay.
Delivery
Owners who offer delivery set a delivery fee and a radius in kilometres. If your address is inside that radius, the delivery option and its fee appear at checkout.
Pickup
Pickup listings show an approximate area on the map. The exact address and handover instructions are released once the booking is confirmed.
Handover
Condition is photographed at handover and again on return. Those records are what any later damage discussion is based on.
