Verified identities
Emirates ID for individuals, trade licence for businesses, reviewed by RentToll before a badge is shown.
Payments stay in the platform
Paying through RentToll keeps the booking, the amounts and the agreement on one record, which is what dispute handling relies on.
Digital rental agreements
Each booking generates an agreement covering dates, price, delivery, condition and responsibilities.
Location privacy
Public pages and the map only ever show an approximate area-level point for an owner. Exact coordinates are stored in a private record accessible to the owner and RentToll administrators.
