RentToll verifies individuals with an Emirates ID and businesses with a trade licence. Verified badges on listings reflect a completed review, not a self-declaration.
Individuals
Individual accounts submit an Emirates ID for review before they can rent or receive bookings. Documents are stored privately and are not visible to other users.
Businesses
Shops, showrooms and rental companies submit a trade licence alongside their business profile. Only a RentToll administrator can approve a verification — sellers cannot mark themselves verified.
What the badge means
A Verified Owner or Business Verified badge means the submitted documents were reviewed and accepted. It is not a guarantee of item quality, which is what the condition grade and reviews are for.
