Filming a project?

Production kit is expensive to own and changes fast. Renting per shoot keeps your costs tied to paid work and lets you match the gear to the brief instead of to your budget.

How renting works here

  • Book the dates you need — the rate for those dates is shown before you pay.
  • Collect for free, or pay the owner's delivery fee, shown separately.
  • Condition is photographed at handover and at return, by both sides.
  • Any deposit is refundable and never mixed into the rental price.

Delivery is optional and set by each owner.

Common questions

What happens if equipment is damaged on set?
Every booking records the condition of the item at handover and at return, with photos from both sides. Anything disputed goes through RentToll's dispute process rather than a private argument.
Can I extend if the shoot overruns?
Yes, you can request an extension from your booking. The owner approves it and the extra days are priced with the same rates as the original booking.
